First Culture Session of the Faculty of Education Was Held

On Sunday, April 15, 2018, at 10:00 am, with the presence of the President of the University of Zakho, Assist. Prof. Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel, his assistants, deans and members of the faculties, professors, and students of the university, First Culture Session of the Faculty of Education was held.
At the beginning of the session, the attendees stood a minute of silence in honor of the souls of Kurdish martyrs, and then the panels of the session started with a speech delivered by Dr. Satar J. Haji, Head of Psychology Department at the University of Zakho. In his speech, he welcomed the guests, highlighted the importance and aims of the session, and wished that those kinds of activities will pave the way for the progress of education in Kurdistan universities.
After that the panels of the session started. The panels consisted of three seminars. At the end of the seminars, the opportunity was given to the attendees to discuss and share their perspectives on the topics of the seminars. It is worthwhile to note that the last part of the session was specified for giving appreciation letters to the presenters of the seminar, thus the first day of the session was concluded.
